When you visit the website
This version has no advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or visitor analytics tools. The hosting provider may create technical connection and processing logs to provide and secure the service. No hidden tracking or social media tracker has been added.
Forms and quote lists
Form data is used only for the enquiry and related processes. Your quote list is stored in your browser and is not sent to us before submission. It contains product codes, names, quantities and dimension notes, rather than your contact details. Do not put personal or sensitive information in the notes.
Email communication
Form notifications are sent to the company’s two selected recipients in a corporate HTML email with a plain-text alternative. This does not create a marketing subscription. The enquirer’s email is used in Reply-To so that replies are directed to that address.
Third-party services
Resend provides email delivery; Cloudflare provides hosting and security services. Opening the map link takes you to Google. Once WhatsApp is enabled, opening its link takes you to WhatsApp. No embedded map or WhatsApp tracking code is loaded on the page.
Security and data minimisation
API keys are kept only on the server. Form fields are limited to necessary information, and phone numbers are optional. Identity documents, banking information, health data or other special-category personal data are not requested through these forms.
